CONSERVATION:
the natural and whole ham must be conserved in fresh rooms with temperature of 14/18°C with possibility of air change. Once the product has been cut, it must be conserved at a temperature of 1/6°C protected by the tinfoil in order to avoid the incrustations.
To be consumed within 1 month.
