ITALIAN NATIONAL MONTE RIPA HAM

Derived from pigs born and bred rigorously in Italy in a guaranteed Full Made in Italy.

Ingredients: Italian pork meat, salt.

Size: from 9,5kg to 12,3Kg

Average humidity: 60%

Medium salt: 5,5%

CONSERVATION:
the natural and whole ham must be conserved in fresh rooms with temperature of 14/18°C with possibility of air change. Once the product has been cut, it must be conserved at a temperature of 1/6°C protected by the tinfoil in order to avoid the incrustations.
To be consumed within 1 month.

Gluten & allergen-free. It does not derive from GMOs.
