When Parma ham is selected and prepared for the big meeting in a place that has always been magic: the banquet table.

Ingredients: certified Italian pork meat, salt.

Size: from 8kg to 10Kg

Average humidity: 60%

Medium salt: 5%

CONSERVATION:
The ham must be conserved in the refrigerator.
Once the product has been cut, it must be conserved at a temperature of 1/6°C protected by the tinfoil for a frequent use, in order to avoid the incrustations. If the consumption is not daily, we advise you to wrap it in two dishcloths.
To be consumed within 1 month.
