GRAN RISERVA PARMA HAM WITH BONES AGED 20 MONTHS

We accompanied it with love during all the phases of its slow curing of 20 moons. Touched by wise expert hands and caressed by the thin breeze, we conserved it on cured fir wood boards to give it an unforgettable perfume.

Ingredients: certified Italian pork meat, salt.

Size: from 9,5kg to 12,3Kg

Average humidity: 60%

Medium salt: 5%

CONSERVATION:
the natural and whole ham must be conserved in fresh rooms with temperature of 14/18°C with possibility of air change. Once it has been cut, it must be conserved at a temperature of 1/6°C protected by the tinfoil in order to avoid the incrustations. To be consumed within 1 month.

Gluten & allergen-free. It does not derive from GMOs.
